Estimating:
- Review specification and drawings
- Perform takeoff of Light fixtures and controls
- Identify required bill of material
- Notification of potential drawing and specification conflicts
- Compile Manufacturer pricing and review for accuracy
- Submission of detailed proposal
Project Management:
- Dedicated project manager assigned to assist with all aspects of project management
- Provide detailed light fixture & control submittals for approval
- Provide manufacturer shop drawings for non-standard or custom product
- Provide detailed status report with lead times (updated throughout project)
- Attend job meetings
- Coordination with other trades
- Coordinate all shipments for various manufacturers & schedule deliveries with field
- Consolidate deliveries (if required)
- Simple and understandable invoicing
- Provide job closeout documentation
